You may down load the USDA nutrition database from here. This is a free solution for those who will not be able to afford the software we recommend. The NutriCoach recommended software is available from the links in the software pages.
We invite you to use all we have available. You may go to our subscribe page and register to receive updates as they happen or bookmark this site and return often to see how much has been added. The site was launched April 10, 2005 and we anticipates it will be a month or two until all the web elements are in place. There are additions every day.

(Note: File is ~9.3Mb and will take
about 1 minutes to download using a broadband connection and about 20
minutes using a 56Kb Modem with a dial-up connection. Windows 2000 and XP
users must have administrator rights to install the application.)
