I love Mexican food and Hatch Chileproducts make it possible for me to enjoy it with far less sodium than their competitors. Products of particular interest are there Green Chiles and their Green Chile salsa both have very low sodium compared to the other similar products yet give up nothing in taste.
Quakerhas a few products that are minimally processed and help with fiber. With their oatmeal, however there are better choices such as steel cut oats or scotch oats. When selecting products for fiber look to make absolutely sure it is a whole grain product, there is some misleading labeling in this area. Quaker’s Q-smart bars are pretty good to carry with you as an emergency back up.

Enova Oil is a product that has made my life a lot easier. You may have read in another part of this site that there are good fats and bad fats. Enova has half the saturated fat of canola oil making it maybe the best oil on the market. It has 8g of polyunsaturated fat and 5g of monounsaturated fat. These are the good fats.

As time permits there will be many more products added to this page. they are the products I have found very useful in controlling my diabetes, high blood pressure, extremely high triglycerides and some other medical issues . They may not all be the appropriate products for you. You need to discuss your particular needs with your doctor or registered dietician. This site and these products in particular can give you specifics to present for their approval.
